- Monthly plans: a full refund of your latest payment within 14 days of that payment. You can also cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- iPhone app: in-app purchases are handled by Apple. Ask Apple for those refunds.
HOW TO ASK
Use the link in your Paddle receipt email, or write to support@xepatracer.com. Paddle, our Merchant of Record, sends the money back to your original payment method.
AFTER A REFUND
Your licence stops working on all your computers the next time the plugin checks it.
